Malaysia refund policy for returning item

I saw most of the store are allowed to return the item within 14 days and get full refund.

5 day ago, I bought a tablet from Samsung store. I told them, the screen is too small. I wanna to return the tablet but Samsung store rejected. They said, once unbox, you can't return the tablet.

Once unbox and not allow to return the item is legal?

You always feel headache with a new piece of graphic card. Even official software(driver) also not functioning well.

My solution is:
Search the package from official repository. If not found, refer to 3rd party repository. If still not found, you have to download from Official Site.

Yesterday, I download a video clip 450kb/s. Suddenly my internet speed drop down until 40kb/s and try to restart the modem. After restart the modem, I try to ping a few website.

If you use internet for (Download Files/Games, Watching Youtube, Upload Video/Images, Photo Website or Playing Online Games), please don't use P1 Wimax.

Why don't use P1 Wimax?
Not allow to download/upload too many files.
They monitoring your account because the traffic was limited.
After the traffic limitation, you can't watch youtube even playing online games.
If you use large amount of traffic, you will receive a warning from them.

I just used 35GB and P1 send a warning letter to me.

I'm P1 10MBPS Users. You can download 1MB/Sec. After you use more than 10GB Usage, your speed will decrease until 400kbps.

How to compare between P1 and Streamyx?
1 month = 30 days

P1 Wimax with 10MBPS
First 3 hours with 1MB/sec.
Following Hours is 50KB/sec.

First Day
Total 3 hours = 10.8GB.
Total 21 hours = 3.78GB.
Total Download Size = 14.58GB

The advertising description is upto 2.4MBPS for RM49 only.
When i call to P1 Careline, and ask them about 2.4MBPS for RM49, they say,"No this kind of package. They are 3 type of package." When they are answering my question, their attitude is every bad.

Yesterday, I find out that P1 WiMax Usage is not enough for us. When you reach the limit of the usage, your speed will cut down a lot.

If you like to download files or watch video clip, don't use P1 because usage is not enough for you.

P1 WiMax never tell you and keep as a secret.
When the usage is over, no matter which plan, you can get upto 400kbps only. This is not fair to us.

If your usage is over and feel every slow, please report to SKMM.

Why have to use BPL?
BPL is the more faster than Telephone line because BPL connect to satellite.
