Reasonable Price for Painting of Interior Walls?

Hi guys,

I have a 1,000 square foot apartment that needs a new coat of paint for all walls. Some cracks on the walls also need to be plastered before painting. My first quote was RM 1,600 to 1,800 for labour plus RM 500 for cans of paint. Is this a reasonable price for the size of the unit?

Interactive Brokers and Minimum Deposit

Morning guys,

Just wanted to ask a question about trading US stocks with Interactive Brokers and the $10,000 deposit. I read on their website that you cannot simply deposit the amount and then withdraw it after your account is approved. I understand that.

However, does the $10,000 have to be maintained at all times? And if so, are you able to maintain the amount in the form of held positions or perhaps closed positions that are in the T+3 period?

So if you are required to maintain the amount, let's say I want to avoid the PDT rule so I open a cash account instead of a margin account. On Monday, I make a single $2,000 daytrade and I do the same on every day of the week. So I get 5 daytrades in 1 week. On the following Monday, I should be able to repeat the process. Am I able to do this without violating the $10,000 minimum?

Trading Volume and Unmatched Shares

Hi guys,

I am currently learning as much as I can about stock trading on the KLSE. I have a question and I was wondering if you guys can help me out.

Let's say I buy 30,000 stocks of company X. This is a penny stock and it has an average 4 week trading volume that seems to be lower than other stocks on the market. Perhaps 1 to 3 million in average 4 week volume.

My question is will I be able to sell 30,000 stocks easily at the last quoted price, if the average 4 week trading volume is between 1 and 3 million?

I have read that the higher the trading volume is, the more liquid a stock is, and so therefore it is easier to sell your stocks when you want to. This makes me a bit uncertain about buying penny stocks with relatively lower trading volumes. Is it more likely for my limit order buy price to be unmatched with a seller?

I am a property owner and I was just wondering how useful the Propwall standard and premium packages are. I've noticed that the basic package gets hardly any views, so should I even bother with standard, and instead go straight for premium? Anyone willing to share their experiences with standard and premium? I would really appreciate your input.
