Standard Dimension for Furniture

Recently, I bought a house and I want to start renovating / buying furniture.
I want to first draw the sketches on paper but I don't have the actual dimensions of the furniture in Malaysia.

I found one which is US/UK standard but none for local.

Do anyone have a list of standard dimension for all the furniture/electric appliances?
Sorry, my first home so not really good at the Imperial units.

Eg.
wardrobe
bed
dining table
kitchen cabinet
coffee table

I bought a property 2 years ago on a project by this developer.
Although the project is still in progress, the developer had yet to finish selling the units.

Recently, they are making a promotion for all left over unit.
The prices are getting 30% discount + rebate subject to some tnc.
(pm me for the details and project name)

Is that common trend now?
So, I had already loss money, quite upset here.
Is that fair enough for the early purchasers?

Recently, come across this website during in a leadership presentation.
Although the data is purely from US, quite amazed on how robot going to kill our job.

Anyone here are having crisis their job are being automate?
Data entry, office administrator, f&b waiter will be substitute soon.
The job I'm concerned the most is the Accountant/Auditor job. It will be killed very soon!

Recently, there had been a hot news in the financial industry about a well-known financial influencer in Malaysia.
I'm not sure whether you guys are aware of it or not but he had done quite a lot in Chinese community on sharing investment/financial planning especially for beginner.

Last year, he and 2 of his partners started up a crowdfunding for his company and managed to collect up to RM1.5mil.
Investors are promised of 2 -3 times of the amount invested in 2-3 years.

Need someone to help summarizing the video as my English not that good

Long story short, he and his partner had been played around my another partner (CFO of the company) which cause them to lose control of their own money in their bank account (Can see, cannot use).

1. What do you guys think about this scandal? Real or self-act?
2. How should you handle it if you were them?
3. Does it worth for them to really go around and destroy their name for such a small amount of money (RM1.5mil)?
4. What you learn from this experience and how can you avoid it in future?

Recently in dilemma how to plan our future.

Young couple, mid-20s.
Planning to get a baby the earlier the better.
Somehow quite jealous other parents can still go explore with their children in their mid-40s / teenage children.
It's either attending parent meeting at 30s or 40s. Also, late giving birth = late retirement..

Back to topic, anyone can give idea on how to give birth of baby in SG at a very low cost?
Planning to go back MY in future (With recent Malaysia 2.0 )
Heard other young parent give their parent to take care of, but we feel like not responsible for the child.
Also heard the cost of raising child in SG is skyrocket high and very hard to sustain.

How you guys usually plan, especially for parents overseas?

Anyone can recommend which bank can offer the best package for joint savings account?
I wanted to start saving with my gf for future purpose.
We went to Maybank and they say cannot unless got marriage cert.
I was looking into using our savings and can put in Maybank GIA to generate income from FD.

went to public bank also, they say put mutual fund better (can join name???)

Is there any other bank to recommend?
