I&#39;m a student at UTP (universiti teknologi petronas), and I&#39;ve got two offers on the table currently, Petronas and JPA. In terms of allowances, both are nearly identical, but I&#39;ve been made to understand that Petronas will make you pay back the amount they sponsor you should they decide not to hire you upon graduation?
