            <title>Did I Overtrain?</title>

            <description>Hi guys,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am a beginner, just started working out for a month. All was fine so far, until today... I was hit by fever, couldn&amp;#39;t even get out of bed. I did a little bit of reading on the net, and was wondering whether did I overtrain? Did I get enough rest?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are my details:&lt;br /&gt;167cm, 63kg&lt;br /&gt;Sleep before 12mid night everyday, wake up before 8am.&lt;br /&gt;Eat at least 2000kcal, 120g protein spread over 5 ot 6 meals. (Mainly whole foods, take protein shake when busy)&lt;br /&gt;Workout schedule:&lt;br /&gt;Monday - push, Tuesday - pull, Wednesday - rest, Thursday - push, Friday - pull, Saturday &amp;amp; Sunday - rest.&lt;br /&gt;On rest days I do cardio - jog, hike, jump rope.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope to get some pointers from the seniors here. Is there anything wrong with my routine or diet? Did I overtrain? Or am I thinking too much? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regards,&lt;br /&gt;Joshua</description>
