ARC issue

Hi all,

Just bought 2 units of Samsung NU 7100
One is connected to Sony soundbar CT800 and another to a Denon amp

Both connected device supports ARC as well

Problem now is, I can't get ARC to work on both the units, I have check the settings, even enabled Anynet+
I just can't seem to output the audio from hdmi

The TV itself only shows 2 option, TV speaker or Optical out

My previous model of Samsung does not have this issue, it enables me to select be it TV, optical or HDMI audio

Any shifus here can enlighten me?

I did a google check stating the cable must be HDMI 1.3 or 1.4, I think I'm currently using hdmi 2.0 cable which allows pass through of 18gbps
Shouldn't the 2.0 be backwards compatible?

Recently come across this projector, eg xiaomi laser projector, LG pf1000 u or the new LG hj85js laser projector and epson latest offering LS100

Any one here locally using this as a setup?

been trying to get more infos and options especially pairing it with the correct ALR screen, seems the experience is much worth it than some 65" flat panel

20k hours bulb life and able to play in normal light conditions

Any shifu here to guide on this?

My current settings is either stream it from apple tv/airport express to the DAC thru optical

I did a AB test from apple tv optical out to DAC to amp and airport express audio jack out direct to amp
no difference also in sound or anything

My mobile me account has been hacked

Any idea what i can do to retrieve it? only the master account been hacked
the sharing ones are all ok

Everything has been changed, to reset my password, i couldnt even get pass the birthdate check

i couldnt call thru the apple number, 1800 803638, says the call centre is closed

I just tested the iphonemodem during the CNY
was using it to skype my wife thru my mbp, but it seems that the connection can only maintain for a matter of less than 5 minutes
video calls are ok
has it to do with not purchasing the app? as it seems after paying 9.99 the only difference is no purchase reminder on the iphone

any suggestion?

guys, im using my mbp for less than a moon, judging from iprostats, my battery health is only 96%

was readin from macenstein blog just now, the blogger has been using his mbp for quite a while, but his battery status as written by him is still 100%

hi guys,
im thinking of getting a nano, while browsing i came accross this universal dock

i have an amp at home, does it means i just plug in the nano to the dock n connect it to my amp, i would have audio playing out from my speakers?

wat connection does it use to link the dock to the amp?
rca left right or those minijack?

Need help on itunes crashing

i have the latest itunes 8
running it on an imac
crash on my 3 times just now, and i dun dare to try it again
I have to hold the power button to shut it down, nothing seems to work

it happens wen im in itunes store, and wen i click tvshows is fine, the problem starts wen i try to scroll down to see other available titles
the whole screen will hang, only the mouse crusor is movable, but anything else cant be click

any idea how to solve this issue?

mine was yesterday, my full charge could only last me until 8pm yesterday(i charge daily), and the phone shut off by itself due to no power. And the usage of phone yesterday was minimal
as i notice the decrease in power, by noon, more than half aredi gone
Usually by midnite there is still battery in green, not even red

and my phone was weird yesterday, no click sound wen sliding to unlocked

anything wrong ka?

i restarted it back home yesterday nite, click sound is there, just need to see how long the battery last today
