Can someone pls advice, if i able to convert my receiver (Pioneer receiver VSX-823-K) phone jack to be Mic function?
Is there any converter that can do that? Wanted to do it for kids to sing karaoke.

Hi everyone, can someone pls advise if there is any update available for one plus one phone?
I am experiencing very lagging issue with my phone lately. Have to reboot phone many times in a day. Such as touch screen not responding, keyboard cannot type and so on...

I got the set from DirectD. Or is there any "Manual Way" to update the firmware? Appreciate the advise, the lagging really killing me!!

Portable Hard disk repair (damaged)

Hi experts

Not sure if this been discussed before, just to check all the experts here and hope someone could assist me.

My portable hard disk (buffolo 500g, purchased 2007-2008) is not running at all. Asked few people including digital mall, no one seems able to retrieve it.

With current technology, is there any good help I could seek to resolve this? How much it costs and how long it takes to retrive data?

How Long would you hold invested properties?

Hello fellow Low-Yaters Masters

Just a question to the floor, how long would you hold your invested properties? Say in an average of 3 - 5 properties (investment & exclude the one you stay currently)

Assumptions:
1. Your invested properties are giving you good yield in return (rental & appreciation both)
2. Easy to let go if really want to sell (consider okay - prime location)
3. Mid tier properties (not high end like Semi D or Bunglow)
4. Your ownership of those properties are at least 2 - 3 yrs & above

Another question is would you sell off and invest elsewhere? just like some of you have suggesting tones of new upcoming launching.

Can you share your view? Especially those are really in this situation (like what i have suggested through assumption).
