I got offer from direct owner apartment at Kota Damansara , Gugusan Mawar for 169k. 5th floor. Walk up apartment. 770sqft. Ample of parking lot and 5min walking distance future PJU5 MRT station. However the house quite old, year 2001.

Please advise me, is it worth to buy this unit for my first house for investment?
