Air con servicing - beware Blumac solution

Beware of BLUMAC SOLUTION air con servicing offer in groupon, living social, some best deal website. Even they offer good price, but their servicing are very bad and low quality. Imagine 3 air con can finish within 1 hours ++

Recently I having a very bad experience with Blumac Solution. Many times of delay and slow response on email . Even-thought appointment keep re-schedule, there were no weekend time slot available. The worst was they are cheating on customer .

Today my appointment suppose to be 2pm, the technician only turn up at around 4pm. they only call to inform for the delay at 1:50pm.

They came with 1 chinese and 2 foreigner workers.

The worst thing happen, technician told me that 2 air con capacitors were not function. He offers me a super expensive price - RM170 for replace master bedroom air con capacitor and RM120 for living room air con capacitor. I got no choice, only can let them to fix it. At the same time, i contact my friend to check about capacitor replacement. It actually cost less than RM50. Blumac solution is cheating on me. Immediately i call back and stop them but the chinese technician said already changed for master bedroom. They threaten me and saying if want to cancel, they need to charge me an RM30 for labour charge. I question him, replacement only takes you few minutes? Why you revert need to charge RM30.
I really piss off and asked them to fix the original capacitor back and pay them RM30...
without changing anything, my air con works fine and cool.

It is a cheating and dishonest company.

To whom already purchase the air con service deal, good luck to u all....
