I just finish my degree in Mass Communication, but I want to enter real estate field. I really very interested to know what should I do enable for me to obtain a license in real estate, which make me have the right to buy and sell property as an agency?

Should I take another course?
or is there any other way?

Im not sure, I just heard from my friends that working in the field for around 2 years can go take the paper, if pass then can get that license? is that true?

I need some advice for purchasing condominium in KL/PJ area, my budget is around 180k-200k. Any good recommendation or advice for me please? Currently I do not have any particular option yet.

Minimum requirement is with 2-3 Bedrooms, good security, with swimming pool.

Sorry, is my 1st time buying a condo, please advice me if I need to pay attention to certain point.

Hi all,

I used to play WOW 3 years ago in the server name Thaurissan, but I quit cause I try other online game. Nevertheless me and my gf still feel WoW is the best among the rest. We decided to play back WoW with it new expansion pack. Anyway, we have lost much our contacts with our oldmate, and we trying to look for some guild or party that we can play along together in Malaysia. Need advice from the Pro Kaki in MSia & SG, cause I think the game change alot after we left. Thank you so much!!

1) I must get a wrath of the lich king expansion pack to continue rite? because i still in burning crusade mode
2) How much is the expansion pack selling in malaysia? i research some treat in LYN forum, it showing Rm155 for promotion price, is that ok to take?
