altis cvt transmission fluid

Just did my 50k service by outside sc, but they chged the cvt auto transmission fluid costs rm190. And put sticker next auto transmission service is 70k. I am confused do i need to chg atf this frequent? In the toyota max chk, atf is every 40k as refill/flush only. Can any sifu pls advise me? Thanks in adv

Annual limit 70k
R&b rm150/day

My wife tokyo marine
Annual limit 50k
R&b rm100/day

I feel we r under coverage n thk to upgrade to r&b rm200/day. Annual limit not so care as i know will not be low. Shd i buy new medical insurance or cancel existing one and switch? If get new one can i split the claim to 2 insurance comp for 1 bill?

just switch from maxis to digi

I & my wife just switched from maxis Internet Surf Plus RM50 to Digi Smart Plan RM88. The reason is because Digi Smart Plan RM88 is more suitable to us with higher allocated data (2g app / 2g internet) and sms / voice (300 min / 300 sms). To be honest, the mobile network in Maxis is much better where Digi line is slower when we surf internet or use facebook. However no call / sms issue so far. No regret on the switch as Maxis is too costly to us which i feel not worthy. The RM50 plan only gives 250M which i always being laughed by frs why my data so low and i always run out of quota every month. But if i trying to upgrade to higher maxis plan, none can fulfill my requirements either it is too costly or the allocation still inenough.

it is very easy to switch, just walk in to any Digi Center and ur 012 number will be maintained.

renovation sharing

hi all,

sharing my car porch renovation with you all for your reference.

location: puchong

labour cost: RM5,750
scope:
a) widen the front gate, the left-handside column is newly built
b) replace the grille with bricks for the 2 sided walls
c) thicken the floor and tiling work (exclude tiles)
d) clear the grass area of the floor, see the 4th photo
d) paint the front exterior of house (exclude paint)

after 3 days:

after 2 weeks: tiling job is nearly done and the paint job going on

my house is 22 x 75 and i would like to do the tiling on my car porch with some minor renovations.
i received the below quote from an indo contractor:

1) tiling labour cost (i buy the tiles) - RM2800
2) widen the front gate, hack, replace grille with bricks and build the new pillars - RM1700
3) replace grille on the 2 sided walls with bricks - RM1600
4) labour cost to paint the front of house (double storey) excluded grille - RM 500

please kindly help me to judge is quote above reasonable?

is application to MPS needed for changing tile

actually i would like to rent the "tong sampah" from the MPS for the debris.

Too many summons

2) AES speeding - RM300
3) Speeding caught by Ops - RM300

can i still pay my roadtax and wait for them to give summon discount first b4 settle these summons?

wii external hardisk

i bought the wii 2 yrs ago and it was molded to play with the external usb hardisk. my hardisk was spoilt and now i can't play it anymore. i went to lowyat plaza to buy a new hardisk, but the guy told me there are many diff versions and warm me the hardisk might not compatible to my will console. i am really confused, as the wii was bought from the lowyat plaza also but the shop is no longer there.

when i run the wii, i can see my neogamma is r8 v57 sthg, so is it ok to buy just any wii hardisk and it will work? what to do if the hardisk is not workable? the guy told me do i hv backup of my software, i told no as i didn't receive any software backup when i bought this wii. all i can see is it is the korean console and all the while i just playing via the neogamma to load the game from USB Drive.

and i also ask him if the software in my wii is not compatible to ur hardisk, can u upgrade my wii? then he answered he must hv my original software to upgrade it. is this true? then i hv to throw away my wii if i can't find back the original software of find the hardisk replacement?

converted bumi lot

i m currently selling my house, it is single storey freehold. but i just found out it was actually the converted bumi lot, but the developer never told me about this.

so now i m wonder will there be any issue as i m going to sell to another chinese. sorry i did research on other similar topic but still not able to figure out the answer. i just worry the land title transfer will hv issue.

hi all,

sorry it is my first time to sell the house, so i would like your expertise to advice on the following doubts?

1) do i need to hire my own lawyer? as of now, i will use the seller's lawyer but i somehow worry will sign the contract which is not good to me.
2) when to pay the agent commission? now i am requested to pay in full once i received the deposit from buyer
3) if somehow the transaction was failed, can i request agent to pay back the commission to me?
4) will i suffer any lose if somehow the transaction was failed due to some reasons?

anythg i must take note to sell the house?
