LAD issue with Developer

Would like to know anyone come across problem that developer did not want to pay LAD or pay lesser amount of LAD? Nowadays, there are developers facing financial issue for the payment of LAD. Initially, they delayed the delivery of Vacant Possession and required buyers to pay all differential amount owing to them. End up, they gave options to buyers to force them accept lesser LAD amount, stated that is due to developer facing financial issue, buyers shall understand their situation.

Personally facing this issue with horrible developer (a listed company - Titijaya). Throughout their admin staff who handled the delivery of vacant possession, they indicated that developer's management team is reluctant to pay in full amount of LAD. This developer prospects some buyers would take up their offer at lower quantum of LAD payment, for the sake of cost saving. Worst is this developer intentionally cheated to buyers for wrong calculation of LAD amount.

Personal revert to them, since they charged me every single Sen, I would charge back their every single Sen too.

Anyone has successful case that is able to take legal action against such irresponsible developer?
