            <title>Old Digi Easy Prepaid converted without agreement.</title>

            <description>why digi have to change all our plans to the latest easy prepaid plans?? when digi had never change our plans until these days.. I had been using digi service cuz of the free calls to 3 buddyz numbers.. and now i can&amp;#39;t call out to my love ones cuz i finished all my credits within the reload month. I DON&amp;#39;T WANT THE NEW PLAN&amp;#33;&amp;#33; I want the initial plan back.. Where is our rights to change the plan without our permission when digi already sell us that plan in the past? if you come out with new plans, please do not change the old plans&amp;#33;&amp;#33; DIGI NEVER EARN MY PERMISSION TO CHANGE MY PLANS&amp;#33;&amp;#33; I NEVER AGREE TO CHANGE. I&amp;#39;ve contacted the helpline and they asked me to refer to fb to lodge a complaints. this is how they reply and work. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NO MORE FREE CALLS EVERYDAY TO 3 BUDDYZ WHERE WE INITIALLY BOUGHT THE PLAN FOR THE FREE CALLS.. I&amp;#39;VE REACHED 2000MINS QUOTA CALL AND NOW CHARGING RM0.05 PER MIN. FOR STUDENTS WHO HAS NO POCKET MONEY, TO CALL MY FAMILY..... I HAD ALWAYS BEEN USING FREE CALLS EVERYDAY AND CONNECTED TO MY BEST FRIENDS AND GIRLFRIEND. NOW MY CREDIT USED IS RM5 PER DAY.. IF I CALL MORE? WHAT HAPPENS IF RM5 EVERYDAY FOR 30 DAYS?</description>

            <title>Lenovo G460 Auto Off?</title>

            <description>From the above, I faced a problem when I open my online game, cast skill for a few min then it auto black out without any notice. I&amp;#39;ve changed my hard disc yesterday due to auto off problems which destroyed my old 320gb hard disc, i cleaned the fan and it&amp;#39;s working vry well..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As I thought I have solved most of the problem, it blacks out without telling me why.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are questions in my mind now,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. The cooling liquid is worn out? (the liquid which attached core and cooling system)&lt;br /&gt;2. Driver with no updates?&lt;br /&gt;3. Windows problem? (I&amp;#39;ve formatted this yesterday)&lt;br /&gt;4. Motherboard and graphic card going to crash?&lt;br /&gt;5. Power supply adapter?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Like I say, I&amp;#39;ve solved the most problems.. but it still auto off. I used the driver given inside the lenovo package.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Online games shouldn&amp;#39;t have any problems.. my guess might be graphic card or motherboard due to it&amp;#39;s auto shutdown case.</description>
