Subsale Phone IMEI get blocked

Hi guys, wanna get some suggestions.

Background :-
1. I bought a S7 Edge last year Oct from a Lowyat forum's seller.
2. The seller got the phone from Maxis with 2 years contract.
3. Recently about 3 weeks ago, the phone get blocked.
4. I went to Maxis and found out there is outstanding RM2k++ hence they blocked the phone (IMEI).

Now :-
1. Contacted the original seller and he said he will clear with Maxis (already 2 weeks+ and i guess he will just ignore me).
2. I am using DIGI sim card the phone also not working.

Suggestions needed:-
1. Anything I can do now?
a. On the seller
b. On Maxis

2. Anyway to unblock the phone?

Hi guys,

I have purchased some airegard vent fan and wanted to install it into my new house.

Anyone can share the contractor contacts and the pricing?

I have been inform that the ducting including hole drilling will cost around RM200. Is this price reasonable?
