[HELP & ADVISE] Washroom leaked

Hi,

My washroom leaked till the neighbour below my unit complain and as requirement I need to repaint her unit washroom ceiling as it left marking.

The leaking in my washroom has been repaired (seal the hole)back in 2015 then this year april now it occurred.

Waterproof warranty by developer lapse d cos the building is about 6-7yrs old.

1) No money to hack the washroom tiles and redo .
I planned to apply a layer of waterproofing on my tiles but which product is good? Does Pye Waterpruf Sealer can be apply on tiles? Or can guys advise me

2) Management sent technician to inspect the internal part which between my unit and the unit below and sent me this picture said the marking on neighbour washroom ceiling was caused by leaking in my unit. The image as below. Can some experts advise me where is the watermark? The white things are old stains.

3) Friend said looking at the photo above, it’s proven that internal part of the building does not have water proofing.
I would like to ask is Serviced Apartment Management JMB should maintain internal (means the area between the units) waterproofing annually? Is it their responsibility or owner responsibility but we shouldnt be touching anything internally right?

1st time I confessed my real feelings to a guy I know for 3yrs and we actually quite close for the past 1year. We do meet up when he is back to Msia as he work abroad and he is a Msian.

I get to know him on Tinder. But we r just friends. Took me 2 years to find out n know his real person.
Met mayb like 10times. We being flirty to each other at times, we share our problems and we help each other when in need. He travel here and there a lots and will send me postcard from the country he went.

Why I decided to be frank with him? Cos I don't like it hidden deep inside my heart and yeah, life is short, why need to keep it and be regret if something bad happened as we doesn't know what will happened tomoro. And he indirectly actually changes my mindset to be a better person.

I told him I have develop feelings towards him. He asked why him? I doesn't know cos the feel just came and I feel secure when I am with him. I guess he was kinda shocked and He replied the next day "I am a nice gal. And He enjoyed what we are right now. However, Let's go with the flow. know each other even better. If things happen, eventually it will. "

Mayb he doesn't have feelings towards me and think we seldom have chances to meet. So we shud know each other even better.

Guys and gals, first two sentences seems he just happy we being fren and I kena friendzone. But the last few sentences, I am confused. I being fren zone or I still got little hope?
What u all think he mean?
will guys like if a gal confessed to u? What I will think about this?

Sorry, my first time confessing and I think it's sort of my karma too. For rejected guys at times.
