Details of the complaint :
So today was the day that many of these dealers were supposed to bring ipad mini into malaysia from singapore and other countries
how ever.. as im a buyer i messaged and asked for best prices from several of the forumers here in LYN.... with some i asked for cod
and they said we dont have stock on hands and some gave me exact time and location but like i said im a BUYER so i decided to pick the one
that is easy for me since i dont have personal transport and my dad is always busy in his works so i was searching for the closest deal possible...

now what happend is that i messaged this guy (xenon-x) as well but first i tried to call him too and he didnt picked up.
i messaged him and i didnt do any other deals on the message since he called me back and we made deal... i asked for best price and he gave me 1380rm

after that he said the stock has not arrived yet and ill let you know later...and at that moment you can check on ipad mini threads from the date of 2 november
that i did messaged,called,sms,whatsapp several of the forumers and was searching for the best price and easy location to me.

now this guy he talked talked and dan said message me on LYN inbox.. at first i didnt knew what he was trying to do since im new to LYN and dont even know how people are here and their attitude etc...so i said ok ..... dan i waited that he will cod with me tonight but he said i cant make it to ur place now and also it was very late for me to go to KL SENTRAL or any other place just for an ipad mini... i dnt want to risk my cash,phone etc to go meet a guy and can guarentee my way back home will be safe... so i said ok fine we can deal tomorow as i had no other choice but he said do a little bit of payment to me so i can reserve the item for you.... i said i cant since i told u i dont have transport and to be frank... i dont trust people that much online because before this on Mudah.my many people cheated me by just closing their numbers and vanishing after taking payments etc... now about LYN i dont know who are good dealers and who are bad..

after a while when we couldnt deal for the night , another one of my previous messeged dealer called me and said i can COD with you tonight and dan he even agree to COD near my place which was (AMPANG POINT)....so i did told xenon-x to reserve a unit for me but that was jst like 20 or 40 mins ago on the phone...but for framing me and making me agree to his deal and price he asked me to send him a message on LYN !... i still did it and thought he will be a gentleman if i said i cant deal with u sorry.....but instead he called me back and started shouting and giving threats that i know some of the moderators on LYN and they will block ur account and bla bla bla....and said u FFK and stuff....

now whats to be noticed is that if i wanted to FFK i couldve done it 2morow not jst after 20 or 40 mins even 1 hour its not that big deal since he said there many other buyers n its hard to reserve at first... but for sure he didnt had that much customers and when i slipped out of his hands he got bitter and started to post things on forums about me ... hahaha the funny thing is . even if the moderator finds me guilty and all its not that i committed a BIG BIG CRIME.... coz if i wanted to play with him i couldve shown him a wrong location or showed a wrong name or hide my identity on LYN... but NO ! i didnt do anything and i was going straight with him with his deals and even agreed with the price and all...

to be honest i was paying few hundred extra bucks tonight because i wanted to show my friends that i also bought the new ipad mini ... and jst to show off a bit to my cuzins hahaha... but when he said tomorow i also felt that MAYBE just MAYBE tomorow we wont be able to deal since its weekend and i wont be home either so better to tell him i cant deal with u and i said that in very kind way so that xenon-x will understand my problems too but instead he shouted and giving threats and telling me "YOU ARE BEING AGRRESIVE" hahaha if i wanted to be aggressive would i pick his calls or message him back in a polite way ?

and than he goes writing all this about me just because i didnt deal with him ?

he even said i met this guy shibli and he said that KING JAN is FFK... hahaha nice one bro because SHIBLI is my classmate and he knows i was a big apple fan in the campus ... even we both talked few times and he added me on FB first because he was a good guy to me as well....and all this time on fb we talked to each other about gadgets and stuff ...what shibli told me was that he said maybe he found a better deal and thats why deal with them....he didnt said the exact words you POSTED IT On ur forum bro..... so yes MR.XENON or whatever your real name is... stop being a childish...you cant grab a CUSTOMER from the neck and force him to buy your products....

he didnt told me anything , even when earlier i said ill come and dan later i said i cant make it coz it was kinda late when we were dealing but still he understand my problem and came all the way to Ampang Point for me.... now thats what i call a good guy !

and i paid him 1400 instead of 1380(your offer) so if it was about the money why i payed 20rm more to him ? think about it ... phew so much typing made me sleepy hahaha oh and yeah i have the messages in my inbox too in which you deleted the good good parts haha wait i will upload them in a while ok bro ?

I just want to see how many iPhone users would get their new iphone 5 in which color

and also tell a bit on why you choosed that particular color

mine is Black color and the reason i choosed it coz its not like iphone 4/4s's black
specially the sides are all black which makes it one sexy device

i would buy the white for my GF though coz its more light and they can use pink casings with it

hey guys just wanted to know on any news for the iphone 5 launch in malaysia
from some internet sources i found out its gonna be on 26th oct

but im not sure i can belive on it yet...if anyone has any genuine info plz share

coz i really cant stand these greedy people selling iphone 5 wayyyyy above market rate

i mean ok fine its their business and everyone wants to make good profits

but this does not mean u go selling it 4k+ just for a phone :/ (64gb)

i am an apple fan and im willing to pay 200 or 300 more dan actual price for an iphone 5 but almost 800 n 900 above market
price thats just total waste of money

anyways im just gona wait for the official launch so if anyone have any topic related to that do share

Malay Mail claims that iPhone 5 will be release in Malaysia on 26th October based on industry sources.
This claim has some credibility since Apple usually launch its iPhones on Fridays and 26th October is Friday.
It further states that all major telecommunication players, namely Maxis, DiGi and Celcom will launch the iPhone 5 at the same time with their own packages and data bundles.

“If orders remain within projections made by Apple by Sept 30, the Oct 26 launch date in Malaysia together with several other countries will remain,”
noted an industry source.
“Should there be a shortfall in available supplies, the Malaysian launch date could get pushed to sometime in November.”

now all we can hope that apple can maintain supplies on time and it doesnt overflow its targets in each country

I got some questions about these microsd cards

Firstly im using samsung s3 right now and was planning to buy a 64gb microsd class 10 from sandisk brand

Now will it affect my phone's speed if i use such high capacity ?
I am a music fan so mostly ill use it for media i.e. mp3,pics,videos

And yeah which microsd brand is the best in lowyat and which is super duper speed

Suggest me some quality dealers who sells geunine stuff tq
