Bad Constipation ...Anterior Ectopic Anus

My girl on fully breastmilk since day 1 until now 1 years old, started to have terrible constipation since started solid. At first we though was a diet but after changing diet, having probiotics and stool softerner it doesn't seem helping much.
Cut the story. When to specialist and Doctor said she is having Anterior Ectopic Anus meaning her anus is at different position. Slightly higher than normal. Very near to virginal.
Doctor said must do surgery to reposition it.
anyone have the same experience.
Can advice what you have gone through, did you go through the surgery, what happen after surgery and tc.

I just start playing with SLR and owned 400D.

I have started to play around but never get a good picture. All of my photos were blurred even my objects are steal objects. i have tried to use it with P, Av or Tv mode.

Who can teach me the most basic step on how to take a clear picture?
