Auto disconnection after certain period of time?

Updated 2: Random disconnection after a period of time still occurs, as if the router auto reset where the PPOE account shows as disconnected on router page. The Wifi on my PC just shows no Internet, had to access router page and reset the router. The disconnection is not as frequent as it used to be, but it does occur and that will trouble me if I'm in competitive gaming match. Any idea how to prevent this from happening?

Edited: Found the ultimate solution to this problem. Recently, HP released a Bios update for my laptop. But unfortunately it did not fixed my problem. The only way i fix it was:
1. Computer properties>Advance system settings>Hardware>Device installation settings>Tick "No"
2. Uninstall>restart>reinstall Realtek driver(from HP website) [Done in offline mode]. This is to fix the audio random clicky noise.
3. Adjust maximum CPU power usage. Since I'm using new generation core i5, it doesn't really have to use all of its power just to get over 30 FPS for the games that I played because i deemed it as unnecessary . CPU Temperature dropped drastically from 80-90 degree Celsius to 65-75 degree Celsius. I believe when my CPU went above 90 degree Celsius just to pump up the few FPS, it dropped to 60 degree in order to keep the computer in a safe operating temperature(no idea if it is possible to disable it, don't think it's a good idea to anyway)
4. Disable all windows services and restart PC.
5. Disable windows defender to scan Windows system file/Program x86 (where games were installed on), or turn it off completely while gaming. This helps in reducing CPU load.
6. Disable Windows auto update to Notify to install and download updates via GPEDIT. Not sure if this helps but it does remove the doubt of how Windows Update using the CPU resources without your knowledge.

Did not care much about tweaking registry or whatever it is. All i did were the steps stated above.

Anyone can tell me why does my laptop lag/stutter from time to time when i switch between program? Is it due to the HDD because it's been so long since I use a HDD on laptop. Other than that, is it due to the 4GB ram? I heard about how windows 10 are better with minimum 8GB ram. Google chrome was lagging as well, most of the time i keep Chrome open.

Laptop brand is HP. Specs as below:

- Max Turbo Frequency 3.1 GHz
Operating System Windows 10 Home 64bit
Memory 4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
1TB HDD, i split the partition to make it faster ,256 for OS, others i make as storage on another partition.

What can i do to improve it? Should I get SSD or another 4GB Ram to make total of 8GB for my laptop?

Please suggest a replacement rubber for the watch housing, NOT THE STRAP BAND

Anyone know where i can do a cheap rubber replacement for my Tag Heuer Formula 1? I've ask Tag Heuer service centre and they said the only replacement they have is the whole casing which cost RM550 together with the crown around Rm200, so total RM700++. Please help me to find a cheap replacement for my watch, such as rubber material etc as I don't have much experience with such things... I usually will swim with my watch so please suggest rubber replacement that will sustain under chlorinated water.
