Myvi shaking in low speed

My Myvi is all shaky at low rpm. at higher speed it seems 2 b normal.

Guys what would be problem????

My external HDD stopped working few weeks back. I'm planning to buy a new one. I'm confused which one to get. Since my last one died, i have its casing. Which is better buying a 2.5" laptop HDD and puting it in the casing or buying a new external hdd (WD my passport).

Can any one tell me what is the difference and which one is better? price wise both are almost same.
