If i posted this topic at a wrong board please forgive me b'coz i cant find the correct one. Now back to my problem, can any PROS here help me with this trainer thing please?? Like where to download and how to use will be nice .

Is not that i haven't been trying myself on the net but i just cant find the right one. All the trainer i downloaded can't be used.

i use msi 7252 K9NGM mobo with sapphire x1600pro. play game for about 15minutes my computer hang. i test both my 3D card and my mofo with other pc which is using x1300 and asus mbb is ok, but put them (sapphire x1600pro and msi mbb K9NGM) together they hang again. please help

the problem is with tmnet streamyx. i have a problem(use it for a while about 10 minute than all of the sudden the internet connection is stopped and cannot click the icon at the right hand side or desktop) at my house with my pc. first i thought is windows so i reformat my pc (F**K!! to many games to install back!!) and didn't install anything else except the drivers and it is still the same .so what i did was use my dad's pc and it is also the same problem. my dad is using DELL with genuine windows and it is all updated. than the next day i took my pc to my shop and test it there, no problem at all. the thing is with TMNET TELEKOM MALAYSIA, the people who handle the technical support is so dumb a$$ one. they tell me my pc is infected with virus and it cannot be removed even you reformat!! what a load of crap!! i ask them to come check the problem at my house. they say is telekom problem so they ask some telekom guy who knows a little about streamyx to come and repair. the guy came and check something with my cable, shake shake the cable abit and said there is nothing wrong with my telephone line. he said is something to do with TMNET streamyx. so i call back tmnet and they say they can come check for me this tuesday!! i have been dealing with this $hiT for one week already!! so i ask am i paying rm88 a month for nothing??
just a note for streamyx users, when i go to apply streamyx was june 2003 and they install it for me at 2006 january....took them almost 3 years to install the damn thing and when they install it, it was way too f**king slow.
all this stupid things happens because of telekom malaysia dont have any competitors to compete with them. i think the reason is not no other company wants to compete with telekom malaysia but is our own goverment or politician tent to make all the profits to them self and don't give two $hit about the citizens problem.

i am having network problem with this board. i use it for streamyx and all of the sudden the line and the connection icon are not blinking. and than i have to restart my pc again. the stupid network also dont want to connect when i on my pc after shut it down for long time like maybe 8 hours.
help plz
