Any channel to talk to hotlink higher management or Internal Auditor? All my complaints to hotlink customer service fell on deaf ears.

I purchased pizza hut voucher codes from the hotlink app. On 4 July 2021, I tried to redeem the voucher codes on the pizza hut website as per the instruction but the codes were not working. Immediately I have called hotlink customer service and filed a complaint on this issue and they gave me a reference number and promised to get back to me asap. A few follow-up calls were made until 12th July, they finally get back to me informing me that the codes were ok and usable. However, I tried to redeem during lunchtime on that day but the codes were not working, thus again I called hotlink customer service and they acknowledged and hotlink customer service will contact me again.

On 14 July 2021, I made a follow-up call to hotlink customer service for the status of my voucher codes and they agreed to call me back in 2 hours and gave a new case reference number as they closed my previous case. I did not receive any call from hotlink customer service, thus again I made a follow-up call. This time I were not interested whether the codes were working or not as the expiry date is on 15 July which means that I have less than 24 hours to use my voucher codes which were not reasonable and the Agent consulted her manager and informed me that they agreed to refund me in term of hotlink credit which I am fine with the arrangement. The Agent then gave me a new case reference number.

However, on 15 July 2021, hotlink customer service called me on 2.25pm and informed me that they were not going to refund me, twisted the fact that the previous Agent consulted her manager and promised that hotlink will refund me in term of hotlink credit within 24 hours and accused me that I did not try to use the codes. I assured them that I have been trying everyday since 4 July 2021 and the codes were not working. The codes were not working since 4 July 2021 up to 6pm on 15 July 2021 ( the last time I tried) and hotlink refused to refund. I feel hopeless and helpless now.

Does anyone encounter the same issue?
