I reset numerous times and the system performed auto recovery but its still the same , stucked at the Lenovo loading screen .<br /><br />I searched through google and found out theres a Novo button at the side near the power cord socket to press on the one key recovery. I tot of performing a factory reset, but when i clicked &quot; Restore from initial backup theres no image can be found in the drives&quot; . I called Lenovo and the customer service specialist said its due to the faulty hard disk. They advice me to bring it back to their repair centre to repair at at no cost as it is still under warranty .<br /><br />Heres the problem comes in, how do i actually bring this laptop to the service centre? Their opening hours is on weekdays 8.30-5.30p.m and closed on weekends. Im currently working and trying to figure out how do i bring this to lenovo SC. I did thought of asking a 3rd party dealer to send it on my behalf but i couldnt find anyone around Subang or Sunway are.<br /><br />Really appreciate if anyone of you could advice me on this matter..
