Sister company of Wevo Technology Sdn.Bhd.<br /><br />The company is in the biz of IT services in Malaysia. The company has agreed to allot and issue a number of new redeemable preference shares to subscribers. In my mother&#39;s case, 20,000 shares at the value of RM 20,000.<br /><br />During the investment period (3 years), subscriber is entitled to &quot;fixed dividends&quot; which is 10% per year. Subscriber is not allowed to sell, transfer, terminate or redeem the subscription shares to any party/company before the expiry of the investment period.<br /><br />I&#39;ve tried searching online and on fb regarding this company but i couldnt get much info about their investment plan. Saw AE Tuned advertised ECU remap on FB for RM500.
