I&#39;ve been looking for such thread but couldn&#39;t find. <br />Anyways, I wish to join ballet classes myself too. I&#39;m 18 and I have minimal foundation in ballet. I am not learning ballet for fun or fitness though, I want to go to the vocational grades class someday and go en pointe. <br />I am a college student but I am willing to go for intensive lessons (because of my age) To make it clear, 6-7 lessons/week is not a problem for me. <br /><br />The thing is that I have no idea where to look for classes. I&#39;m doing A-Levels currently and I had a midlife-crisis. I think that I am not really the academic type and I want to try out different things before I go into university. I humbly say that my results are not bad but thinking back that&#39;s not really what I want. Studying/getting good grades will not give me that kind of satisfaction compared to say, when I am doing stuff that I really like. (Please don&#39;t give me advice on this I know it sounds weird). <br /><br />I have always wanted to do performing arts/dance/acting since I was young but I never had the opportunity because my parents were that kind who believe that I should just study 100% and get no. 1 in class.
