i have encounter the blue screen on my laptop (Dell inspiron 14R)

anyone know how to fixed it ???

i have done the diagnostic couple of time , but the process will stop at half way and shut down my laptop automatically

And it is hard for me to boots up my laptop , after it automatically shut down , when i hit the ON button , the On button is light up , but my LCD screen is remain at the black screen and no background light

Sometime the laptop can proceed into the window desktop in orderly , but it will suddenly jump to the blue screen after past few minutes

pm me it u know how to repair the problem thx =)

my i-phone 4 lock button (at top) was sunk in , anyone know how to solve the problem ?? My iphone now was under the digi plan , but i was the second owner (the plan is still continue using which used by previous owner) , izit i still can get the replacement from digi, but the warranty is expired alrdy . anyone can help ??or any suggestion ???? how much will be charge for the reparing ?
