Stupid and unresponsible Public Bank Services

My Public bank card have been cancel but fail to issue new card for me because of system down. Now I alr waste my one day leave and wasted half day waiting there and now my card cant used. and their customer services ask me to come next day and waiting again!!!!!

Whole Story:
Me and my gf today took 1day leave today and went to Public Bank to change our ATM card. First, we went Bandar Puchong Jaya Branch, but very long queue there so we try at Bandar Puteri. The customer said had 64 numbers to wait, so no choice we fill up the form and take number. Public Bank had cancel the old card when give me waiting number.

Around 2pm something, the number stop running, the cs said system down, we can continue waiting or come next day. Nothing we can do and we wait untill 4pm. The system still down and cs said come tomorrow and we need to take new number and waiting again!!!!

I understand nobody want the system down, but we have apply leave to purposely and plan to change new card. Now tomorrow I need to work, impossible to apply one more leave tomorrow and Public Bank also cant gurantee when their system can recover.

The biggest problem is my old card now can't withdraw money anymore! If something emergency happen and I need money I cant withdraw with my atm card!!! I request them possible for us to go tomorrow without long waiting number because we already waiting so long today, their respond they can do nothing!!!!!!

The are one of biggest bank in Malaysia, but their services was very terrible!
