Hi guys,

Attached below if the plan for my studio and i have highlighted some stuff that i would like to do. Just dropping by so that some of the sifus here can quote me on the items I have highlighted. The unit is just 500sqf and already comes with kitchen cabinet and so called id style wardrobe but I would like to add a partition and make more closet space plus a small dressing area.

Hi Guys,

Thanks before hand for your explanation. I have not invested in gold or silver before, however planning to buy some. Noticed that shops outside are selling gold bars at abt RM200 -205 per gram whereas the market is at abt RM175. Very confused with the diff rate. Pls advise.
