Low mileage used car on carlist be trusted or not?

Hi all, as per title i need help for opinion and tips on buying used car at carlist website.

i shortlisted a few cars(same model) that i would like to pick and buy.
And all of them having low mile as low as around 60km to 75km mileage.
All of the car are selling below 20k.

Is it okay or the seller might adjusted the mileage meter to reduce it?

i dont know whats wrong but my computer cant detect the LAN after heavy rain and lightning struck.
whenever i try to reinstall,its says deep sleep mode enable...how to disable it?
just to ask...do the warranty of mobo cover the problem im having for LAN of mobo?

guys...i bought celcom UOX and been using for 6years already...
recently i bought altel and changing the line..but unfortunately..i cant gayut anymore with my gf..=(
so i manage to buy a new celcom UOX..but the seller asked for IC no. to register..
but i go check to cel website..they said only 1 ic/ no.tel...so how do i solve it? cos the one i bought still cant use yet..
and the older cel no. already changed to altel line...pls help..
