desktop pc wont boot

as the topic says. my desktop pc wont boot and when i turn on the power button, the motherboard LED and fan LED is turned on for few second and then it will turn off and a few second later the same cycle will continue

i tried

- replace my power cable
- remove my graphic card
- remove my RAM

this problem occur after lightning strike this morning. the pc was turned off and the power is turned off too during the lightning strike.
the lightning strike caused my entire house to go blackout.

anything else i should check? i suspected my pc power supply is the problem.
