Tenant facing noise from upstairs

i rented the upmarket aprtment to tenant. over the year in 2024 and 2025, the occupant upstairs has children that run around and stomping affected my tenant. if I were the tenant, I will also want to shift out. so we engage the management office (issue warning letter), security guard and even make police report. the building rules has a regulation no excessive noise after 10pm. but each time the owner upstair will just repeat the same problem.

can I know what else should I do as a owner.

IWK Payment not updated

my tenant made payment with proof of payment on 21 July to IWK. but the payment is not updated until today.

this is alarming, if no one follow up, then will continue to have outstanding payment. do you face this issue ?

another case in point, IWK careline inform me touchngo payment takes 2 to 3 working days to be updated. phew.

21st century still not updated properly.

Beetle in meehun goreng

Today I found a beetle (black, about 1cm) in meehun goreng at Tubung Haji food stall (Below ground). I should have taken the photo before return the food to the seller. she will ask someone else to check and continue receive money.

i do not want her to refund or whatever, just provide us a clean food. can I complain to any portal ?

1st shop. taman anggerik. Sato. sell D4S 4300k headlight, RM 350 for 1 piece. too ex, go to 2nd shop

2nd shop. batu 11. Jazz audio. sell RM 190. so happily change the headlight.

come back home, check the shopee price, RM 75 for 2 pieces.

oh my god, why are the accessories so cut throat. why do they have to mark up a few hundred percent ?

DIGI internet data technical issue

I switch over from Maxis, together with 4 family sublines.

I subscribed to the postpaid 90 plan (with 50 GB of data)

Being new to the digi postpaid plan, I am totally unaware that my internet data is being shared by DEFAULT to all the family sublines. (while the family sublines internet is never used). Isnt this common sense, by default, no sharing of internet data. Only when users depleted the data, only can the users tap to the main line pool. but NO, this is how DIGI works, and its a way to drain the principal internet pool. what a dirty tactic here.

this goes on until my internet data pool goes to zero, i am forced to buy internet data.

When I check with the agent, they said, this is normal. u need to stop sharing the internet, and it will take effect the 2nd month onwards.

meanwhile I call the digi service agent to stop sharing all my data prior to the data pool reset. now for the 2nd month, the same thing happen again. all my family sucks up my data and I have no way to stop sharing.

can I complain to MCMC ?

ACR40 camry 2007 engine mounting need to change.

workshop quoted 2k for toyota original(may be last 10 year). if thailand OEM, 1.1k (may be last 1 to 2 year)

whether 2k or 1.1k, there is no warranty (huh)

so I go around ask Wing Hin Auto Parts - quote me engine mounting part x 4 - RM 1.8k need 3 day to order.

1. i am not sure, if I pay 2k, how to know its original and not thailand ?

2. why is it bloody expensive ? how much will the toyota centre charge ?

My faithful ATX power supply gigabyte Odin Pro 800W has noisy fan. noisier when even hotter/loaded.

this fan come with blue led, can I know where to get a replacement ?

Everytime I open the QR Pay, it will start with an advertisement, and the screen turn so bright. its so annoying. How do I get TNG to disable it ? why do TNG make me watch advertisement for payment? Its so annoying.

Come on Touch and Go, why make users watch the stupid advertisement. why make us switch to shopee pay.
