Hi Sifu,

With the recent WFH arrangement, I'm considering to get a 24-27inch monitor for :
- work purposes (Eg: using excel sheet & reading word documents)
- browsing & watching videos
- casual/light gaming

The monitor will be connected to a laptop
My Budget is below RM500

Please do recommend the right monitor for me.

Removing my name from a Joint Property Mortagee

Hi Sifus,

I bought my 2nd property back in 2016 with setup as below:
- SnP - Joint name (me & my wife)
- Loan Agreement - Joint Name (me & my wife). Maybank Islamic Loan

I'm planning to remove my name from that existing loan so that I can buy a 3rd property under my name with a 90% loan.

Appreciate you could share what are the options available

P/S: The 3rd property has to be under my name as my wife doesn't meet the loan criteria

Seeking advise for Hybrid laptop

Hi sifus,

I'm planning to get a laptop; preferably hybrid laptop which can act as a tablet as well.

My preference as below:

- Screen Size between 13inch - 15inch
- Runs on Windows 10
- Mainly use for surfing internet.
- it should be light enough
- Longer battery life
- budget within RM2.5k

So far, I'm considering Windows Surface 3 but the screen size is too small (11in).

Appreciate your advise.

Data recovery from a failed HDD

Hi all,

I am unable to access the data in my 10y old 3.5" seagate sata HDD. Having intermittent issue in detecting the HDD during bios startup n in MS windows.

Appreciate if your could advise me on how to retrieve it or are there any experts who does it
