Suddenly stuck at logo screen and infinite restart

My huawei y max suddenly having infinity loop at logo screen. I want tk backup my files inside my phone. I have tried fastboot to temporary boot recovery rom, but i couldn't because the bootloader is locked. Recovery mode i couldn't boot into it. Tried hisuite but it is not detecting my phone. I asked service center(in seremban) they could do nothing but format. Anyone any help? I really need to copy some of my file out of my phone.

I have a ZTE MF65M broadband(Umobile), I tried to insert sim card into it, it detect the line but couldn't go internet. How and what should I do to make it connectable to internet? Sorry I'm very new to these stuff.
