hi guys, i need your help in this matter.

after an interview last week, the hr call me and said i need to submit these documents before they can approve my application :

2 months of previous payslips
2 of previous employment offer letter
2011 & 2012 epf statement

now i know asking for payslip is normal practice for some company to confirm my previous salary, but why does they need the offer letter and epf statement? isn't offer letter is confidential between me and my previous employer? and I sure would not simply let people know how much is in my epf.

so what is the deal with this company? i dont know how to respond to them.

i just went for an interview. it all went well for me

when i got back however, i received a call from them and the interviewer asked me to submit a copy of my epf slip for 2012 and 2011, a copy of an offer letter of 2 from my previous employment, and my previous 2 months payslip

she said i need to submit these documents before my application can be proceed to the director

now i got no problem providing them all of these, but is it legal for them to ask me for these documents? especially my payslip and offer letter which may contains p&c terms of my previous employer?

mind you they havent confirm to employ me yet

my girlfriend and i had an argument recently and we did not contact each other for about 3 days. yesterday i checked her fb status she had declared she is single. so i assume we are over.

now as a guy, i do admit that i do tend to be quite egoistic at times. BUT, i do also willing to apologize sincerely and admit my fault willingly. my girl (or ex?) are not. she's hardly admit any of her fault or apologize even when she knows she is wrong and unwilling whatsoever to admit her fault. even if she does, it is after i DEMANDED that she apologizes.

so is this level of ego normal to you girls?

the biggest problem i had with my girlfriend is she really dont know / incapable of handling our issues.

everytime im upset with her she would just ignore me.. then later come back to me acting like nothing happened when its bugging the hell out of me.. even when im acting cold towards her she just buat2 bodo..

i want her to acknowledged that im upset with her and talk about it.. resolve the issue instead of ignoring it coz it will happen again..

and she had this magnificent talent to reverse the position that we're in..

she will be angry at me for being upset with her and expect ME to pujuk her 1st.. WTF??

we talked bout this all the time but.. so far nothing changed..

other than that, we are fine.. been going strong for 3 years already..

im not sure whether to post this in gaming section or in mobile, but here it goes..

although I owned an android, i still boot up my W508 to play old java games.

i even download the latest game from time to time.

it is certainly more satisfying to play games on mobile with buttons instead of touchscreen only.

do any of you guys still play games on your java phone?

I am just wandering, how many r u guys still using a single core phone? planning to upgrade to dual / quad core soon?

Is it still relevant to use single core for the next year or so?

Other than heavy HD gaming, what are the real advantages of multi core phone that single core cant handle?
