WiFI/UniFi Network status logging

As per topic, with the WFH I am starting to notice that my internet connection drops, sometimes up to a few times a day, the annoying part is when I am having a Zoom/Google Meet meeting.
Sometime it seem to be a full WIFI router reset (since the WiFI network status) on my computer completely disappears and I have to wait 1-2 mins for reboot before getting connection again.
In some cases, I noticed that the WiFi is still good, but lost internet connection, which seems to be UniFi modem itself.

So, I am trying to do a 24hr log for maybe one month this issue to track back why and when it happen so I can try and fix it, if its random or triggered by heavy load on the router.

Any apps/logging tools either on Windows10 or Android that can do this?

Question
Does this chipset/Processor support SSD upgrade?

With this whole MCO thing, I am missing some of the perks of my travels.
One thing I miss about the USA was visiting the local grocery store and grabbing a tub of ice cream, specifically Haagen Dazs Choc Choc Chip Flavour.

What I realized is that, the MY Haagen Dazs no matter where I look here, does not offer the Choc Choc Chip Flavor.
Any reason why?

Worth to fix my GPU

I bought a Dell Inspiron 3647 Small Form Factor size back in 2013.
Spec,
CPU - Intel i5-4440S, 3.1Ghz
RAM - Upgraded 2x8Gb DDR3 1600MHz
MoBo - Dell generic?
HDD - Seagate Baracudda 1Tb
GPU - OEM GeForce GT625
PSU- Dell OEM label rated at 200W

Fast forward today.
Recently started to notice the fan whirring sound, starting to get annoying as I work from home at night and get hear the noise.
Sometimes watch steaming movies (netflix) but mostly used for regular email, browsing, documents/spreadsheets and youtube.
I almost never shutdown my computer (slow boot times), always sleep only, and recently once a week I notice cannot wake up and hang.
Maybe because I never shut down the video streaming app webpage or VLC - not sure related or not.

Downloaded Speccy and noticed that my GPU temp reached 100+C when I run Netflix
As you can see the plots, inbetween the dip when it drops to 60C... and go up to 100C when i launch it again.

I cleaned up all the dust on the GPU fan, the heatsink still seems to be nicely attached, but I never removed it.

Question for all,
1. It seems to be a GPU only problem, but I cannot tell if it a GPU supply problem.
Is it worth to try and redo the thermal paste and reuse the heatsink fan (doesn't solve the whirring problem).

2. Can I easily replace the GPU fan? it is a 4cm fan... but I cannot easily see a way to disassemble it yet

3. Get a new GPU. Cheapest one I can find todate is GT710 which (I think) will not require me to swap the PSU unit.
But I am not sure if this is the best deal.
Is there any better alternative.
I will have to cut away the metal mounting as this is a low profile card.

4. Can this be caused by MoBo or PSU due to bad Capacitors?

5. Worst case, I have to get
- A new casing
- A New GPU, probably go for GT1030? maybe
- Upgrade PSU to a cheap 400W
but this will probably cost roughly rm500 I think.

Used mostly for my daily WFH.
I play some simple games like Minecraft, Bennett Foody, FIFA, nothing too fancy.
Need dual HDMI for 2 monitors.

Any thought on adjustments to be made for this setup.
I may go for 2x16Gb RAM... but haven't' decided.
Prices are not final as I haven't got looking for good prices in Shoppe/Lazada yet

I am going to bring family for a week in December, and visiting ski resort.
How to get used to skiing or snowboarding to enjoy to the fullest.
Should i practice with rollerblades? or skateboards? in Malaysia? or how.

Rant!

Shipment is now 3 week since I placed order.... almost 2 weeks late.

Lazada customer service is non-existent.
There is no way to track shipment, nor do they even have the courtesy to give a call.
No real reason whatsoever on why its still late other then pushing the blame to "their partner"...
How do they become the leading online shopping website is a surprise to me..

Automatic Gate Bengkok

Hi
My sister accidentally reversed into my parents autogate and now is it slight bent.
It is a sliding autogate (~12" length).
The portion which is bent is about the last 2".
As you can see from the pictures, its bent only slightly, but enough that it no longer can close on the other end.

Is there a way to fix this? I don't really want to buy a whole new gate for this??
I am in Penang btw if there are contractors whom can fix this?

Hi
I would like to see general advise.
I have a 6yr property with a remaining loan of 150k.
This first property I have history of using my EPF for down payment.

So now, I am trying to buy a 2nd property of say 300k.

Initial intention was to use my EPF as downpayment for the 2nd property, but since I have used it for my first property, and I am still holding it, EPF rules don't allow it.
I can only use it on my 2nd property after my loan is approved and use to reduce loan balance, to 150k balance.

Or, I can use my epf, settle my 1st house loan, and only have new homeloan of 300k in the 2nd property.

Interest rates between the two are within a few 0.2% difference, not much.

Which is better? Or end up to be the same?
