My hse has been provided by developer cctvs
However, I have been told by the internet provider that I will need to additionally subscribe to public IP for me to remotely view the cctv over internet. This is despite I already have a broadband active connection.
Anyone has clues about this?

I will like to extend the carporch area, and considering to place awning for it. Which one is better, polycarbonate roofing or aluminium composite panel is better?Not considering the option of glass though.

In a new house, is it advisable to do internal
painting?
The painting done by developer is ok...just that the wall feels
Powdery.

What can have cause this? Any remedy?

Saw sales brochures of property on sale... written in the fine print:
tenure: freehold
Restriction interest (sekatan kepentingan): land owned cannot be transferred, leased, mortgagee, except with prior approval from the approving authority.

Isn't this a freehold?
Anyone can clarify?

Checking cvt fluid level

Hi guys...anyone did their own check on the cvt fluid level?
Read in the manual to warm up engine, then shut off engine and check the fluid level within 60 to 90 seconds.
Did exactly as written in the owner manual.
However,the results I got are as followed...
1) when car parked overnight, cold engine not started yet. Check the level....the fluid is way above the cold top mark, and reachingabove the top mark for the hot level (our gauge stick has two sides...one cold n one hot)
2) drive around for more than 20km.....check the fluid showed 2mm below the low mark for hot yesterday
3) today drove around similar distance...checked at 4km, 15km and then 20km. All showed level above the low mark for hot....which is recommended level.
4) rest car for about 10minutes....checked again...noted the level is below the low mark for hot.
All check done with engine stopped.....
Anyone have any idea why level changes when the testing methods same...?
What's the use of cold level .... If not used to ascertain fluid level?

PLan to install the ventilation fan for toilets....
anyone know who can help to install it around klang valley area, reliable and reasonable price.
As i need to mount it on ceiling....hence need a good person who knows how to cut thru the boarded ceiling...

Btw...as i dont have extra power point....can the ventilation fan power source be derived from the bathroom ceiling lights as well....can it cope?
