Another Maxis user has also reported in the Oneplus 5 forum thread that he used to get 4G+ on his Samsung S6 but after switching to Maxis, has not been able to get 4G+. I have the latest SIM network/APN settings, and 4G itself is fine. Can you help?<br /><br />I have contacted your live chat before, and they told me Maxis does not provide 4G+ service. I am aware that maybe this is still under testing and not official, but still maybe you can assist to help me prepare my phone settings for 4G+?
