Are old Honda Civic owners delusional?

One of my colleague told me that he feel like taking loan to buy a 1992 Honda Civic EG for 40k++...

I understand the car is modified 1.8 engine, Mugen, Spoon, etc but at 40K++??? Want to say it's rare one of a kind, not really. The parts in there are all mix and match rojak.

Sometimes I go around Mudah I see EK hatchback selling 50 to 60k as well.

Seller has the right to sell at their preferred price; noted on that and I'm not jelly / buttpain.

Why toll attendants don't like coins?

So I was at Kajang earlier on, driving back to KL via NS Highway. When I reached Sg. Besi, I handed RM1.80 im the form small (10 cents and 20 cents) to the toll attendant.

She showed me a very unhappy face and keep mumbling something there. So I asked her "Kenapa? PLUS tak terima coin ke?". Then she replied "Bagi la elok elok". I asked her back "Macam mana you nak saya bagi? Guna dua tangan ke turn kereta letak depan kaunter?".

Then she kept on mumbling and I drove on.

Why a? Not only PLUS highway. Other toll also same. They get visibly upset if you give them coins.

Don't get me wrong now. I have SMART tag but sometimes I need to offload the coins in my car / pocket.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I always think of photography as something like drawing. You can be taught the basics and theory, but if you don't have the talent, you still suck.

So check this. I'll be going on a trip soon and most of my friend knows about it cause friends getting excited and keep posting it on FB tagging me.

A few friends asked me (via Facebook) to get stuff for them. Macam-macam they ask me to buy.

How to politely decline? I really don't feel like buying for them. I plan to travel light one with hand carry luggage and I don't like lugging stuff around when I'm traveling.

First day work, nearly got into an accident

This morning when entering parking lot got this minah P2 behind me. So when barrier open I follow the parking lot direction arrow to look for parking.

This minah behind me cut through those empty parking lot and turn out in front of me without stopping to look and I nearly knocked into her. So I honked her and she stopped at the side point here and there.

At the lift I saw her again and she jeling-jeling at me.

As per topic. How would you feel?

My relative side got one cousin is gay. His mother was upset that he bought along his partner (from Scotland) back to his hometown for CNY reunion dinner.

The mother accepted the fact that he is gay but she felt that his son disrespected her and the family's tradition.

I wanted to book a hotel room for my visiting relatives this coming CNY and I was looking around Agoda. The price provided by Agoda was quite cheap.

So instead of booking through Agoda, I went to the hotel to book. But when I was there, they told me a different rate. Presumably cause it's CNY.

I'm wondering if I proceed to book at Agoda, will the hotel honor the booking?

Btw, it's not a 4-5 star hotel. Just a normal budget hotel. Thanks.

[WTF] A stolen MacBook Pro 13" i5

Hi. I'm posting this on behalf of a friend. Her wedding videographer got robbed and lost a MacBook Pro 13" i5 and Buffalo 500GB external hard drive at Taman Midah Cheras on 15th January 1:30am. Unfortunately, the videographer did not keep any receipt or serial number of the MacBook.

My friend would like to find and recover the stolen MacBook. Reward of course will be given as the content inside the laptop; the wedding video, means a lot to my friend.

Rewards in the form of RM5000 cash will be given for anyone who returns the laptop under the condition that the laptop must have the wedding video. No questions asked.

I'm open for contact if you have any information regarding this matter. I would like to rectify it first before I pass it along to my friend.

Very nice movie. If you think this movie has gun fights and explosives just because there's CIA and hostage, sorry to disappoint, there is none.

Helped a motorcyclist in accident

Yo guys, I was at Jalan Travers this morning. Then a biker fell down cause he ran over a pothole. So I stopped my car to help him cause his hands were stuck under the fallen bike and the car in front of me just drove on.

So when I was helping him, a guy came and asked me how I drove until can bang him in a loud rude voice. Lucky the floor sweeper came around and said that he ran over pothole.

Wanted to send him to the clinic but he was too busy looking at the mirror. Plus a few bikers ask him to move his bike to the police station and go to the clinic with me. How the heck is he going to move his bike?

But never the less I was on a hurry so I left him there as he was still busy looking at the mirror.

No pictures sorry but his right hand ring finger nails got scraped off dangling at the edge. If any of your friend got into an accident this morning near there, tell them I wish them speedy recovery. Thanks.
