Hi Sifu's, is strata title (landed with g&g) allow us to demolish the wall inside the house which no affect to the structure and pillar? Or its depands individual cases 1?

Would like to ask a question on strata title renovation (landed + g&g) i was thinking to demolish my guest room wall at ground floor to extend more space to my kitchen, does it posibble for strata title? Or do i need to get any approval on this?
