Questions for proposal ring and JPN Registration

I've just return from oversea for less than 2 months and would like to proposed to my gf. There are a few question would like to get an answer, thanks for helping in advance.

1) What are the price range for a proposal ring and brands that you recommend that have nice design? I'm not rich but would like to buy an average ring for her.

2) To give her a surprise proposal, you need to purchase the ring prior but how can you measure the size of her finger and get the right size of the ring?

3) To register at JPN, is it a long queue that i need to book few months ahead? Any express method to book. 2-3 weeks time sufficient?

i'm leaving malaysia for 1 year and would like to keep my number valid for a year.

I decided to convert postpaid to prepaid, after that sign up for active 365.

Do you guys think it is possible? Anything I need to be aware of? to sign up for 365 days validity for RM33, any condition to meet before they allow to sign up?

Housing Loan BLR for OCBC & UOB raised

Hi, I'm shocked when received notification from ocbc that my monthly installment will be increase by RM100.

I referred to the BLR http://www.baserate.co/ , all banks' BLR is 6.85 but why ocbc & uob raise their BLR to 6.92 & 6.95? I thouhgt it suppose to be the same for all banks and control by BNM?

3 Years ago, me and my gf knew each other in an online game, i am a person who like to play around in the online game...i will go and flirt here and there with all the girl character. One day i flirt to her and catch her attention which scolded me not to flirt around and it is annoying... So these is how the story begin.

We continue chatting and chatting as time past and we will chat and webcam everyday. Finally in the christmas, we become couple inside the game, we getting married in the game. Not just only that, of coz in realife we also become a couple already.

For your information, me and her is now 25 years old. She actually a malaysian that studying medical at Ukraine. When we first know each other in the online game, she was at Ukraine that time, we only manage to meet up online.

Until the summer break, she back to malaysia for 2 months holiday, we had start our relationship which just like normal couple will do. Go watch movie, dinner, etc. After the 2 month sweet holiday, she need to back Ukraine and continue her studies. Our relationship going to continue as before. After half a year, her family having some problem that cause her to stop her studies for a year , so she back to malaysia again. As normal also we continue our normal couple life. She actually staying with me on and off. I staying at KL and her house at other state.
May be it is due to our point of view, behavior is different and we stay together, we always got alot of arguements. I think this is pretty normal what a couple will faced.

She is a very strict person as she is studying medical, she need you to explain or talk in a very proper english/chinese which she think it is very important in communication. For me i am different, i am just another normal guy which talks broken english and chinese. >.<. And she is very concern on promises that i made for her. I know i am bad, i always break the promises we made. As like i will be available anytime she called me eventhough it is midnight. For your information. Ukraine and Malaysia time is different 6 hours. Ukraine 8pm, malaysia 2am midnight. Sometime i had slept or something i just cant answer her call(When she faced problem and upset).

She was delaying her study due to some other issue also. it is about 1.5years we live as normal couple. Until last year september she back to Ukraine and continue her studies. She need another 3 more years to complete her studies. We just like normal, chat over the internet everyday.
Until recently, we argue again. I didnt pickup her phone twice in 2 weeks. I had break the promises we made. It turn out that we going to break up after some arguements.

At first we discuss and had a conclusion to stay as normal until she back to malaysia this year summer holiday only we discuss about it whether to break up or stay. Until the second time i break the promise again which i don't wanted to. I left my handphone inside my room and charging, and i was at living room waiting her at skype. I thought she will be answering me in the skype so i ignore my phone charge. At the end i miss her call.

The arguement is very big and the end we decided to break up. And just now me and her chat again, and i feel so sorry to her. I trying to patch back the relationship. But from what her told her, she got somebody that is chassing her now, the guys is much more better than me, and more understand her and she is observing him.

I asking her to give me another chance but i think it is too late for it. I ask her permision to give another month to think about our r/s whether can be continue or not. She said she will try. But the way she talk, i got a sense that she will not going to come back to me again.

Anyone can give me a little advices on this? So that I can change her mind. TQ

PHP Session Problem

I try to retrieve the session value from index.php but the result shown the session is not set.
I had output YES is the session is defined and No while session is not defined and i always get a "NO"
Anyone know what is the problem??

As per topic, Balance transfer going to abolish soon? I heard from friends where National Bank going to stop all banks for giving out this service. Anyone confirm about the news?

The change of policy that 20 days intrest free intrest will be no more if you having any balance remain for the particular CC. It is really a hard time for people to go thru all these.....

Currently working with a software development company, feeling like the programming language they using is not popular in the market which lead me to feel unsecure and worried about low market value on my future carrer path. I had done a Search from jobstreet and no other company need it.

I have been working for 1 year in this company and now i am thinking of changing company, find a new company of my intrest. I would like to switch from Cold Fusion Web Developer to SAP developer. I will be totally a fresh to this SAP. Any advice anyone?

*I will be resign submit my resignation letter today, but not yet get an offer from any company.

SQL problem

Anyone can help? I have a problem here.

I want to Retrieve a set of data from a table then order by a specific column but I want the result to be order by the default value that already Query from other query, then only order by accending order. Can it be done?

Example:

Query1
SELECT CODE1
FROM TABLE1
WHERE KEY='9999'

Lets say from Query1 I get C1112 as result,

Query2
SELECT FIELD1, FIELD2
FROM TABLE2
WHERE (CONDITIONS)
ORDER BY FIELD1

Query2 will get the result as

A111
B222
C1112
C3333

What I want to display is

C1112
A111
B222
C333

Did I make it clear, sorry if not clear enough...
Need some pro to help up.
