How to know am I qualify as First Home Buyer?

Hi all,

I have a question about "First Home or First Time Buyer" to get the waive of Stamp Duty Fee from government.

As I have owned a house before (share name only) but the loaner name is not me.
The house sold few years ago and never live there before.

Now I plan to buy my own first house and the loaner is myself.

How do I confirm whether I qualify as First Home Buyer to get the waive of stamp duty from gov or not?

I have asked few lawyers, some say cannot, some say "you may try to submit to government as first home buyer but if there's any penalty you have to bear it yourself".

Google also not able find any T&C about "first home buyer".

So I try to ask here.

Please help to give some comment or share your experience.

Hi all~~~

Please help~~~ (sorry for my poor english)

I just bought a phone from Digi with SKMM RM200 rebate, it come with a digi prepaid smart plan card.
The card itself is RM50 for 1.5GB 3 months valid.

I put the card to my hp and click the data enabled, it don't have any response and can't browse internet too.
I called to digi helpline, they ask me restart phone, if still can't, ask me to reload the card = to activate it.

I want to know if I dun want to reload it, is there any way I can use it for 3 months for only internet browsing?

WiFi connection through Home Streamyx keep drop!

Personal equipment
Modem: Innacomm W3600v6
Router: (Combined with modem)

Problem details
First occurence of problem: After changed the new modem from TM
Problem frequency: The wifi line will drop every 10-15min
Problem description:

Hi all, need u guys help!!

I just upgrade my home streamyx to 2Mbps package. The new modem with router (in 1 device) provided by TM.
After the contractor setup everything, the laptop line all stable and able connect to internet.

The problem now is smart phone wifi connection. When I using smart phone connect to internet via wifi, it's connected and able to go internet. After 10-15min, it drop, then I re-connect it again to continue suft net.

I have no idea why laptop/pc has no line drop problem while connection to internet but only smart phones? (iphone4s, LG phone)

Can anyone here help to solve this?
