Need help in Adams (MSC software)

My lecturer required me to perform a geometrical modeling of the mechanism given (by using any software you are convenient with), and model it by using ADAMS. Simulate the motion with the software. However, I have no idea how to use the software and i tried to draw it using ADAMS but the max i can draw is 2 cylinder. I tried drawing it using autocad then import in but the imported model is totally different from what is in autocad.

I hope anyone can help me please

[attachmentid=4083617]

I have been using Herbalife for around 5 months and its really costly for a student like me. I live is a hostel. Not allowed to cook in hostel here. Therefore, been relying on herbalife to replace my meal since watever i order outside also comes with lots of oil and salt which are fatening. So I wanted to have a more clean meal for my breakfast and dinner..

I'm starting to go to the gym too.. My aim to look lean and cut with muscles.
Another thing, will working out make someone short? cause im only 160cm tall

saw this product online, dymatize elite fusion 7 can be used as meal replacement but no vitamin and mineral in it.

Any recommendation for meal replacement? and exercise i should do?

thanks to all sifus sifus who willing to help me

Mechanical, Chemical or Electronic?

Right after spm, I went for foundation for science at UCSI while waiting for my SPM result. And my result is not too good yet not too bad.. A+ for maths n add maths, A for bm n bi, A- for phy and chem and B+ for bio.

When I went in foundation, I still haven't make up my mind on what engineering should I take after this. Even the uni i'm currently studying at is choosen randomly because my dad wanted me to start uni as soon as possible.

Was interested in electronic engineering at first but I heard job demand is not high. Should I choose mechanical or chemical as both is demand?

was planning to go for mechatronic too but ppl saying that mechatronic is not master in any field as mechatronic is combination of mechanical, electrical and electronic.

Thanks for all opinions
