City and Guild: Engineering

I have been surfing online and noticed a school offering city and guild qualification up to Master in Engineer Level.

My questions are : 1. Is this city and guild course any good? I have heard of city and guild before but it is the 1st time
I saw it offer Engineering Course.
2. Are there any chances that I may futher my studies if I decide to stop at Diploma Level?
3. How is this course compared to conventional university courses?
4. Does anyone here have any experience with this institution?

I believe the part-time studying part seems to be exciting but I'm not too sure about it.

I am currently waiting for my STPM Results(Science Stream)

Wireless Adapter Issues

Can any sifu here help me?
I have been using my laptop for quite sometime and just today the wireless adapter has started to disable itself every now and then. I have tried to scan with Malwarebytes: all clean. I also tried reinstalling the drivers themselves but this seem to make the situation worse: as of now my laptop is always disabled. I have restarted and also used the keyboard shortcuts too. One funny thing is that the wireless works fine when I boot into Ubuntu 15.04

My laptop details are:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Model: Toshiba Satellite L745 PSK0YL-00H004
Mods: just add ram
