Celcom Prepaid Broadband problem.

Hi, everybody....Today is my 1st day using this celcom prepaid broadband. I choose weekly plan for rm20 a week. But the problem is my modem cant connect at all to the internet by using usb modem. It failed at authenticating process with error 619, if i choose WCDMA only in network type. but if select GPRS only it can connect but u know la gprs is the slowest speed. like 3-5 kbps what the hell? call celcom care line he said this problem suddenly happen when to many user connected at the same time, but gprs not many user use it so it have no problem. Me as a customer cant accept this answer, we buy 384kbps broadband but we only can use 5kbps max. so i need to know if any others here got the same problem like me. if it does can i return back the stater pack or i need to broke this sim card?
