Hello guys, i'll be pleased if someone can help recommend me to build my dad PC. Now he only using Pentium4. So sloww edi.. Pity him

I need recommendation consist of :

1) Processor
2) Mobo
3) RAM
4) Hard Disk
4) Graphic card (if needed)

My budget is around RM 500. Is it possible? I'll reuse the old monitor, casing and power supply. Main usage is just for web surfing and blog only. No gaming.
