Hi there gurus, taikos or anyone advice is very much appreciated. Due someone wanna share with me, I actually have a few in mind. Need some help to determine which is a better buy. All are condos except Bayan Villa which is a townhouse

Considerations :-

(1) Might sell after 3 years if everything goes on smoothly
(2) Convenient of find places to makan. Maybe 10 or 15 mins drive
(3) Working in Cyberjaya
(4) Once a month might pop by Midvalley or Pavillion

Nice to have but not a necessary :-

(1) If it's like 10mins drive to LRT station

First time buyer needs advice

Hi there, currently I am looking for a place and hopefully can be within my budget which is around 450k. As this is my first time buying a property, I don't want to over commit myself. I only know places like Subang, Bangsar, Sri Petaling and Damansara. Looking for new, or not more than 3 years or those that will complete by end of the year. As I am not driving, I prefer places that is near to LRT or at least I can get to LRT by bus. I am currently working in Cyberjaya

Places that I prefer not to get which I have seen :-

Subang Soho
The Zest
No Cyberjaya since I already working there. Need a little life . Also the psf is slightly not worth it. Moreover look at cyberjaya, besides convenient to go work, basically it's quite errmmm not ideal to stay (my own opinion though)
Will try not to get Setia Walk
Rawang (too far)
Klang (too far)

Fiber Broadband in Endah Promenade

Hi all, is anyone staying in Endah Promenade? It seems like there is no fiber broadband available. I have checked Unifi, Maxis and even Astro. Non is covering that area. Can someone verify? Thanks

Renting a place around subang or puchong area

Hi all, I am coming back to cyberjaya to work and would like to find a decent place. Kindly give some advice or tips. As I will be working from 8pm till 5am so security is a big consideration. Basically I have list down a few places and would like some comments or can let me know also if there are other properties that is worth looking at.

Budget : not more than 1500 per month
Furnish : Doesn't really need fully furnish but basic things like fridge, washing machine/dryer would be preferred
Condo is preferred
Can be sutdio or 2 bedrooms
Less than 40 minutes drive to cyberjaya
