Budget 3.5k plus which DAP brand and model?

Appreciate help pls... 1st time buying a DAP and finally after a long time save enough for an Astell&Kern. Seems the SR35 is what I could get at this price. Will use it for a long time since I don't think I will spend this kind of money on another DAP in the next few years.

Please advise.

Arowana: what type is it

Hi, anyone can tell what type my arowana is and is it a good grade?

Also how to feed and promote color since it is only less then 10 inches long (think about 7 or 8 inches only). Should I start tanning it now or wait for it to grow bigger?

Building a duplex/loft/second storey

Wonder if anyone knows or experienced how the measurements for building a duplex in an apartment. My new apartment has 14 feet ceiling and we are thinking of making some area into duplex or building a second level. Is it crazy thinking? Lol

My parents bought a landed 3 storey corner in BM Utama and OC should be in a couple of months time. As this is our first time hiring a contractor, we hope to get help from here to recommend a good contractor for us. Also please advise what sort of budget we should be prepared and tips in overseeing the whole process of selection and completion of the renovation.
