LOOKING FOR CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR WATER LEAKING

Water is leaking from the apartment above my unit down to my master bedroom & living hall wall. Can see water stains at the wall there. Already change the piping system and do the injection chemical to the wall but didn't work.
Can anyone recommend any expert or professional services who can fix this type of problem?
Any idea how much it would cost to fix the leak?

Dear otai-otai and sifu out there, i hv problematic part is those loose parts in interior which got some sound coming out from row behind in my toyota wish....did u all know where can i repair it!!!! the sound is really annoying when i'm driving especially on rough road.Plz help me!!!!!!
