Apartments in Port Dickson

Looking for advice... My situation is as follows:-

1. I have 1 x 3 bedrooms apartment and 2 x 2 bedrooms apartments in Cocobay Resort, Port Dickson.

2. It's fully furnished and air-conditioned

3. Used to run a homestay program but due to work was unable to continue

4. Anybody has any advice on what to do with these apartments?
