a week....and felt very good lately about my fitness and i have lost some weight and my friends are noticing too...<br /><br />i had a good healthy breakfast today before work but skipped my lunch..very busy...<br /><br />after work ...i felt very hungry and instead of continue my healthy diet i went to buy junk food at bazaar ramadhan and kedai runcit... bihun, keropoks, cola etc..i finished it all and totally over eat today..<br /><br />i felt so bloated... i felt so stupid 4 ruining my diet today...just because i get some compliment from my friends about losing some weight i go reward myself with all the junk food...stupid <br /><br />so how do i recover from over eating ? what should i eat the next 24hrs? should i drink more water ? <br /><br />I read somewhere that i
