Shareholding restructuring - advice needed

Hi, need some advice here on how should I pursue my current predicament:

I set up a joint holding company with 3 other friends few years ago doing business. I hold some 40%, while the other 3 hold 20% each. Over the years, I was the active one running the business with guidance and mentoring from one of the other shareholder. Meaning to say, only both 2 of us are involved in the day to day business. We managed to make some decent profit over these years and declared bonus + dividends. But since 2 years ago, we stop paying dividend and only pay out bonus for the 2 of us. This has becoming a teething issue as the other non-working shareholders voiced out their dissatisfaction. So in order to move forward, we decided to separate and restructure the shareholding composition.

My mentor is willing to stay put with me, while the other 2 shareholder will sell out their shares.
One of the easiest options is to buy over, but problem is I do not have enough money to do so.

I thought of few options:
- buy over with installments prepayment over a period of time eg 5 years, 7 years etc
- invite new investors and buy over
- start a new co and dissolve current co, so that all shareholders can "cash out"

Appreciate if anyone can share their experience/advice.

Hi all, would like to know what are the sort of infant milk powder that you give to the kids?
It is not necessary to give brand name as this may create unnecessary concerns later.
Just a short discussion on the nutrition provided.
For me I opt for the following:
- DHA
- Honey powder (original type, not flavored)
- Vitamins
